When lightening strikes water it changes the structure of the water into cluster forms. The length of duration of these forms (how long they hold together) depends upon the intensity of the strike. In mother nature's wisdom, the intensity of the lightening creates hundreds of what appear to be chaotic cluster forms. These different forms of clusters seem to create an even balance for all organisms that would thrive in the water. In seven and a half years of laboratory experience, it was Wayne Rowland's experience that controlling the collapse of the lightning into specific frequencies was the key.
